The following Zipper Machine is the first step for zipper final-processing production. It removes same quantity of teeth and leaves a same distance between 2 pieces of zippers. For example, usually for size No.3, the gap length is 40 mm; for size No.5 - 45 mm. This also means that the final zipper's length is decided by this machine. The machine calculated the zipper length by roller motor, removed the long ruler of old generation to save space. With precise length control and stable machine structure, this nylon zipper machine will not leave broken teeth once it is well set up. Main functions are as below:

 - Stably running with low tolerance. E.g., for 60 cm zipper the tolerance of gapping length is only ±2 mm.

 - High range for length, available for zipper 1 cm to 800 cm.

 - Easy operation. For length setting above, only need to press button on the touch screen.
